Our sellers aim to despatch your order within 5 working days of taking your payment. Delivery will usually be via the Royal Mail. In some case recorded delivery may be used and a signature may be required.
Photographic prints will usually be on silver halide photograph) or dye sublimation (high quality) and will be protected from bending in the post. In the event of receiving a creased or poor quality print, please contact the photographer irectly.
Subscriptions will usually begin with the next available edition of Pride Magazines unless requested, with each subsequent edition delivered either to you or your recipient upon publication directly from our printers. Should you find that you have not received an edition, please contact us immediately on 01529 46 99 77 to allow us to investigate. You or your recipient will receive a notification inviting renewal towards the end of your subscription period.
We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries that result from a problem with the address and/or postcode you provide at the time of order placement, if the delivery was refused by the recipient or the fact that the recipient no longer lives at the address provided. We are not responsible for any other costs incurred by the customer due to failed deliveries.
