5: Chicken Skewers at The Generous Briton, Brant Broughton. 6: Sautéed Frogs’ Legs à la Bernard Loiseau with Parsley Purée and Cream of Garlic at Kenwick Park Hotel, Louth. 7: Indian Mini Bhuna with Paratha Bread, Hungarian Beef Goulash with Radish Dumpling, Chinese Pancake, Julienne of Vegetables on an Orange Temple Glaze at the Lincoln Hotel. 8: Torta Especiale; Savoury Baked Cheesecake filled with Palm Hearts, Artichokes and Olives with Rocket and Parmesan at Straits, Lincoln.
