Welcome to this edition of Lincolnshire Pride, in which we celebrate the achievements and compassion of some of the county’s emergency services in our Livesavers feature. We’ll discover how money raised for the county’s Air Ambulance and LIVES charities really does make difference and see how one of our busiest A&E departments functions during a busy shift.

Also this month, we speak to Leadenham Polo Club who this month hold their end of season inter-club tournament and ball. We also speak to Liz Inman, Director of Burghley’s Horse Trials, to find out what’s in store for the 150,000 visitors to this year’s special 50th anniversary event.

Elsewhere, we feature another Lincolnshire restaurant, and find out how two of the county’s real ale enthusiasts are seeking to brew real Lincolnshire ale and we preview the forthcoming game season with dishes from local restaurants.
