Salary: Starting at approximately £30,000, plus a generous bonus and uncapped commission structure based on experience.
The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in helping our business grow by connecting with our clients, providing outstanding service, and driving results. Experience is not essential; we’re open to candidates at all experience levels and will provide tailored training to ensure your success.

Senior Finance Manager
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience).
The Role
We’re seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee key financial functions and support our continued growth. As Senior Finance Manager, you’ll handle everything from ledger management to payroll, with opportunities to improve and streamline our processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage purchase and sales ledgers, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
Oversee invoicing, debtor management, VAT returns, and cash flow.
Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts, and work closely with directors and external accountants.
Ideal Candidate Traits
Minimum 10 years’ experience in finance, ideally as a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA).
Proficiency in Sage and Excel.
Methodical, accurate, and driven to achieve results.
