The Role

We’re now looking for Telesales Representatives to join our growing sales team.

This is a consultative, phone-based role speaking to wedding businesses across the UK. You’ll introduce them to our marketing platforms, explain how our network works, and help them choose the right level of exposure for their business.

This is not hard selling and not a call-centre churn role.

You’ll be selling visibility, reach and opportunity — backed by trusted brands.

Sales experience is preferred but not essential. Full training is provided.


Targets & Earnings

  • Basic salary circa £30,000 (depending on experience)
  • Uncapped commission & bonuses
  • OTE based on a realistic goal target of 18 sales per month
  • Targets are designed to be achievable, sustainable and fair

We reward consistency and quality — not pressure selling.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Making outbound calls to wedding businesses
  • Explaining our multi-platform wedding marketing packages
  • Handling objections professionally and confidently
  • Closing sales and completing simple order admin
  • Building long-term confidence, skill and momentum

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Organised and reliable
  • Sales or customer-facing experience helpful, but not essential
