Customer Service Advisor

Excellent Remuneration Package: For the right candidate circa £30,000 basic PLUS a generous achievable uncapped bonus and commission structure!

Location: WORKING FROM OUR MODERN AND WELL-EQUIPPED HEAD OFFICE IN BOSTON, LINCOLNSHIRE

Full Time, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and currently the bonus of an early finish of 3.30pm on Fridays! No weekend work!

The Role

Your role as Customer Service Advisor as part of our team is simple: you contact businesses and give away free marketing campaigns (please visit www.confetti.co.uk/advertise for more information and to see our stunning products).

See our team handing out our Confetti Magazine at The National Wedding Show at the NEC in Birmingham earlier this year – www.confetti.co.uk/magazine.

We have vacancies for a Customer Service Advisor because our businesses continue to grow dramatically – these are exciting times for us and we need keen, enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are hungry to drive themselves and us on!

The basic advertised salary is indicative and will depend on the experience you have. Experience in Customer Services or sales is not a must and we are open and keen to hear from all experience levels to find the right person! We’ll tailor training and guidance for you, to help you succeed!

What’s your incentive to work hard for us? We provide a generous basic salary which is a good start, but we also provide a generous bonus and commission structure to drive you on in a way that’s great for both you and our businesses.

No weekend work, no early starts or late finishes, it’s a 9-5 job and you even finish early on Fridays (3:30pm). To succeed working with us you’ll be self-driven, confident, and determined to achieve results for yourself and our business.

Oh and one more thing… you’re not technically selling but giving away free digital marketing campaigns with leading and trusted brands.

Our free trials help businesses see if our products are a good fit for their business – and if they’re not, then the client can simply opt out while they are still on the free trial. Please note this is not selling advertising space – you are literally giving away a free marketing campaign!

The Ideal Candidate

  • You must be confident, driven, outgoing and determined.
  • You should have excellent communication skills, particularly orally.
  • You should be accurate and methodical.
  • You must be hard working and self-motivated.
  • You will ideally have experience in Customer Services.

Salary

Excellent basic salary circa £30,000 (subject to experience).
